Position Summary:

Promote the facility, services, programs and events while interacting with Marketing, Table Games, Slots, Public Relations and casino guests. Build customer database and player loyalty through recruitment and retention techniques including actively recruiting new players to become members of the Star Awards program. Player retention through the used of direct mail and extensive telemarketing, with a primary focus on maintaining player activity. Previous gaming experience preferred or experience in sales/account management or related profession, with a proven ability to develop new business. In addition to computer experience applicant must possess strong oral and written communication skills. In addition to base salary, individuals in this position have the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses through a detailed incentive plan.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

1.Ability to stand for long periods of time.

2.Verbal and auditory abilities for telemarketing and personal communication.

3.Visual extended periods of times.abilities and tolerance needed to complete detailed paperwork and use a computer for extensive periods of time to maintain player portfolios as part of our contact management system.
