As a Cruise Reservation Sales Agent for Holland America Line, you lead the way with travel agents and consumers as they select the cruise that’s right for them or their customers. Next, you help to plan their exciting journey and answer any questions they may have. We want to talk to you if you have a strong customer service orientation and are comfortable with providing information to customers over the phone. We’ll train you on the information you need and interactions with the customer that lead to a sale. We have found that successful candidates for this position are able to work well with others, have good typing and computer skills, communicate well, and can work flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or GED required.
- Qualified applicants will have 1-year minimum sales, customer service or office experience including heavy customer contact via telephone in a fast-paced environment.
- Typing 25 WPM required.
- Prior PC experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills required.
- Must be flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and some holidays based on business needs.
- Superior customer service skills required.
- Ability to work independently in a demanding environment.
