Responsible to successfully acquire and retain Potawatomi Bingo Casino guests by providing superior guest service both inside and outside the venue, along with the effective use of complimentary services.
*Interact and build relationships with guests, concentrating in the higher denomination zones. Explain the benefits of the Fire Keeper’s Club and encourage enrollment.
*Identify qualified guests and meet or exceed a specific number of new enrollments into the Fire Keeper’s Platinum Level. The specific quota of new enrollments is determined by management and may fluctuate based on seasonality. Encourage those qualified guests to move their play to higher denomination zones.
*Extend complimentary services to our guests within the guidelines established by management.
*Monitor player activity through use of the on-line system and reports provided by management. Follow through with the appropriate action using telemarketing or written correspondence.
*Assist with the planning and execution of Guest Services parties, promotions, special events and tournaments.
*Provide valuable feedback to the Management Team on guest preferences and their expectations.
*Work as a team with slot operations, table games, bingo and Fire Keeper’s Club personnel to provide stellar guest relations.
*Actively seek out potential qualified high end players outside of the venue and entice them to become regular guests of the Casino, developing them into Platinum Members.
*Assist the Guest Services Manager with the development of the Guest Service Department and supervises the training and development of Executive Casino Hosts.
*Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
*A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
*Must have at least one-year previous experience in a Casino Host type of position in the gaming or hospitality industry.
*Must possess the ability to read and write legibly.
*Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and have superior customer relations skills.
*Should be computer literate, with the ability to understand and explain the player tracking systems, along with complimentary guidelines.
*Must possess the ability to move easily and quickly through the slot and table areas.
*Must have the ability to analyze the information in the on-line system to make the appropriate decisions related to comping.
