MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the service industry.
• Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate in any combination of GERMAN, FRENCH, SPANISH, OR ITALIAN.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
SOME POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and control all quest in entertainment-related activities.
• Lead and instruct the assigned Cruise Staff activities as scheduled.
• Train new International Hostess.
• Meet & greet guests and to assist with any guest requests.
• Assist with private parties and functions.
