VIP Service Coordinator | Las Vegas
SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE
Performs a wide variety of skilled clerical functions relative to our gaming guests, to ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of four star service is paramount. Provides complimentaries based on approved guidelines, and superior guest service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Arranges trips to the property for our VIP guests.
2. Effectively, and efficiently, checks in/out our VIP guests.
3. Provides superior guest service using FOCUS skills and personalized service.
4. Makes hotel, restaurant, show, and cruise reservations in a “Fast and Flawless” manner for our VIP guests, as well as certain direct marketing segments.
5. Makes limousines arrangements for qualified players.
6. Utilizes all on-line computer systems in the VIP Services office.
7. Administers complimentaries to qualified players based on Coordinator complimentary guidelines.
8. Communicates guest information to the Supervisors and Hosts to maintain consistency and alleviate potential problems.
9. Maintains security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists.
10. Maintains exceptionally high standard of courtesy, professionalism and discretion in communication to or about preferred players, their arrangements, and finances.
11. Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months of Hotel or Gaming Events/Promotions experience preferred; 1 to 2 years of clerical experience preferred.

1. Literate and fluent in English

3. Ability to deal effectively with guests in a variety of situations
4. Computer literate; basic 10-key skills
5. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
6. Ability to handle difficult guests/situations with tact and diplomacy
7. Superior guest service skills
8. Flexibility with scheduling
