Warner Bros. Studio Facilities, a division of Warner Bros. Studio Enterprises Inc., seeks a VIP Tour Guide for the Tour department. Position will conduct comprehensive engaging tour of Warner Bros. Studio Television and Feature Production sound stages, set designs and operations. Using customized Tour carts, the VIP Tour Guide escorts guests through the various lot facilities and stages and presents descriptions of what is being viewed, including relevant historical information about the Studio and the relationships between the studio, production companies & network distribution. Position requires a valid CA Drivers License and work in variable weather conditions. Background must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience. Applicants should possess a demonstrated interest in film and television history. Tour Guides must have the ability to effectively retain large amounts of detailed Studio information and effectively communicate this information to VIP Tour Guests in a manner that is both engaging and entertaining. Guides are required to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and will be expected to adhere to the department’s established dress code. Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred as Tour Guides will be required to communicate effectively and tactfully with external customers as well as all levels of Studio personnel.
